Sophie Ricard’s Final Fantasy
Here is my Final Fantasy Piece; Cid from FF7!
Sophie Ricard’s Were-Rabbits
Better late than never, here is my Dreamworks piece. I chose Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, because the bunnies were the cutest thing evaaarrrr.
Sophie Ricard & Whitney Fawn’s World Of Warcraft: Thrall
I sent Whitney a rough sketch of the character`s outline, and she did her trademark Soul Prints to represent magical lightening and fire effects. I used wooden pencils to color in our subject and voila! I`m still getting used to wooden pencils, but i like it so far!
Sophie Ricard’s Mortal Kombat: Cyrus
I am back and catching up on old themes :) I chose Cyrax from Mortal Kombat 9, mostly to challenge myself. This type of character is really outside my comfort zone >.< cybers and robots are difficult for me.
Sophie Ricard’s Fables: Flycatcher
Straight markers, no corrections needed this time!
Sophie Ricard’s Sailor Pluto
Sailor Pluto, portrait in the darkness! I love her because of how different she is from the other Scouts. Dark skinned, exotic, calm and mature. Full Markers again, with a bit of photoshop for small corrections.
Sophie Ricard’s Spirited Away
I was tempted to do No-Face, but that`s what most people did so… you get Haku!
Sophie Ricard’s Gantz
As you can all see i stuck to the heart and soul of the series… Since so many characters come and go throughout the series i thought i`d create my own.
Sophie Ricard’s Desire
For the Sandman theme, i chose Desire! I love her/him.
Sophie Ricard’s The Pro
Here she be, The Pro. I decided to draw her and not one of the supporting cast, mostly because i love how her costume absolutely sucks :) Again, full markers and no touch ups.
Sophie Ricard’s Hellboy
Here`s Hellboy, knocking back a few. Full markers again, no photoshop touch-ups cuz i`m extra lazy.
Sophie Ricard’s Paprika
I know it`s super late but I don`t care. This doll really stood out to me when I researched the movie, and I`m really happy with the results.
Sophie Ricard’s Kabuki
Theeeeere you go. I didn`t have much time so it`s a simple sharpies sketch. Also, I did the whole girl, since a few others did just the mask, to mix it up a bit.
Sophie Ricard’s Rocky Horror Picture Show’s Riff Raff & Magenta
Here are Riff Raff and Magenta in their Transylvanian Space Suits!
Sophie Ricard’s Labyrinth: Goblin King
Well if other people posted late … here`s my defeated Goblin King. Plain markers.
The artists of the Comic Art Club post their interpretation of a theme which is chosen by one of its members every other Monday.
